Latest Asian Alpine E-News features Kangri Garpo Mountain Range maps

The latest issue of the Asian Alpine E-News, now available on its Website, features valuable peak identification maps of the little-known Kangri Garpo Mountains in Eastern Tibet by Tatsuo Inoue, member of Kobe University’s Alpine Club.

Mr. Inoue has intensively worked on the relevant peak maps and peak identification of the whole mountain range where more than 40 of the  6,000-meter peaks remain yet to be scaled. 

The next issue to be published in early October will highlight the first ascent of Shipare (7,611 meters) in Karakoram, Pakistan.
